Urban Agrarian is pleased to announce December’s Farm to Table Dinner taking place where it all began in the Urban Agrarian warehouse. The event will be on Thursday, December 15 at 6:00 pm.
For this dinner we’re kicking it up a notch to celebrate our five-year anniversary! Chef Timothy Mort will be joined by an all-star list of local chefs, Alain Bouthion from La Baguette, Grant Johnson from Good Egg Dining, Chris Becker from Della Terra Pasta and Beth McFarland from Provision Kitchen. Each one of these talented chefs has had a large part in the history of Urban Agrarian. Come enjoy their food and stories of how the local food movement has been a part of their lives. We will be dining once again where it all began in the Urban Agrarian warehouse in Oklahoma City.
The dinner is sponsored by the Central Oklahoma Cadillac Dealers.

Urban Agrarian presents the 2016 Farm to Table Dinner Series. Each month the Urban Agrarian chef will focus on what is in season and will feature a different local farm/producer. Dinners will include appearances by guest speakers and guest chefs that will educate diners on the local food movement, ethical & sustainable farming practices & tips on how to grow your own food. This 5-6 course family-style meal will include a wine or beer pairing and 10% off any purchases made in the market that night.
Urban Agrarian operates local foods markets using biodiesel and natural gas vehicles to collect food from Oklahoma farms. They have 3 open-air markets seasonally, as well as bulk distribution to schools and restaurants. Urban Agrarian has coordinated with Earth Elements to bring a certified kitchen, year-round market and local food distribution center to the Farmers Public Market District. This facility is called The Earth to Urban Local Food Hub.
